Daren Oneil Matthews, also known as Jah Bloodz is a Jamaican reggae dancehall recording artist. Born on January 27, 1995 in the parish of St.Ann.

Jah Bloodz grew up in the district of Exchange, Ocho Rios. He began writing at the early age of 12 (twelve) years old and being motivated or encouraged by not only family members but community members he went and pursued a career in the field of music.
