Grammy-nominated singer Jah Cure and deejay Aidonia have been added to the line-up for this year’s Reggae Sumfest, which is slated for July 16-22 festival. The festival celebrates its 25th anniversary at Catherine Hall in Montego Bay, St James.
Jah Cure will perform on Night Two, Saturday, July 22, while Aidonia will make his return to the Sumfest stage on Night One, Friday July 21.
“Jah Cure is one of the best reggae artistes that Jamaica has produced and you can look at his music as proof of that. He has been a hit-making machine since he first started and continues to produce hit after hit today,” said Joe Bogdanovich, CEO of Downsound Entertainment.
“Aidonia similarly has been a hitmaker on the dancehall side and he is easily one of the top five dancehall artistes currently, with several hit songs and a strong presence. I am excited to see both on the festival,” Bogdanovich added.
