10 of 12 Jurors in Bill Cosby Sexual Assault Case Voted To Convict Him

Bill Cosby

If you remember last week, Bill Cosby’s sexual assault case was ruled a mistrial when the jury was deadlocked after 52 hours of deliberation.

What we didn’t know was basically everyone in the jury wanted Bill Cosby convicted except for 2 who wouldn’t budge.

According to the Washington Post, a juror who spoke under the condition of anonymity confirmed 10 out of the 12 jurors agreed Bill Cosby was guilty on the first and third felony count. But this is where the tea gets hot, the anonymous juror said the two holdouts were “not moving, no matter what” and tensions were so high during the deliberation process one male juror punched a concrete wall.

Though Cosby’s camp claims the outcome of the mistrial proved he actor’s innocence, this new insight seems to refute that.
